Anchor Health

A tightly designed, security-focused patient-care app for practitioners.

PROBLEM
Practitioners prescribe home exercise programs on paper, then find out at the next visit whether any of it happened.
BUILT
The program becomes guided sessions on the patient's phone, with the app pacing reps, timing holds and cueing breathing. The practitioner's dashboard shows the week as it happens.
STATUS
First practitioners being invited now. Patient data stays in Canada.

BUILT
Order five words along a hidden axis. Scoville heat, formality, loudness. Spring physics and AI-generated puzzles.

Stonks: The Trading OS

An autonomous trading engine that asks you what you want and makes suggestions.

PROBLEM
Market analysis is either manual and slow, or a black box you can't instruct.
BUILT
An instructable analysis engine that runs scheduled AI routines, custom microstructure signals and paper-trading A/B experiments.
OUTCOME
Running daily since spring 2026. The equities module shipped in May.

Disparu Montréal

A living map of the buildings Montréal has lost.

PROBLEM
Montréal loses buildings constantly and the record of what stood there is scattered across archives.
BUILT
A self-updating map cross-referencing demolition permits, building footprints and archival photos.
OUTCOME
The permit sync runs on schedule and the map grows on its own.

A mysterious 2.5D digging game with a cute yellow flying robot.

BUILT
A 3D digging game in Godot with physics-driven claw mechanics and a custom Blender-to-engine asset pipeline.
METHOD
Playtest-log driven iteration with strict change receipts.

Open-Drone

Freeing off-the-shelf drones from their privacy-compromising stock apps.

PROBLEM
Fifteen-plus retail drone brands ship the same chipset and a stock app that phones home in cleartext.
BUILT
Packet captures from real flights and a decompiled vendor APK, correlated into open protocol documentation. The envelope is fully decoded.
NEXT
Payload byte-mapping, then an open iOS client that never leaves local WiFi.
